Faber's Long Table Lunch was again much anticipated this year and again a sold out event.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the sparkling Blanc de Blanc.
The Blanc de Blanc was the perfect accompaniment to the now obligatory freshly shucked oysters, this year from Cow Bay, South Australia
Whilst mingling John was happy to pose.
Then John explained about the wines we were about to sample and Jane told us about the menu she had in store for us.
We all listened intently.
At the end we finished another splendid day in the Swan Valley with a drop of Muscat and Jane's now famous brownies.
Looking forward to next year.
